Job Description: • Assist the Manager to manage the health and food safety standards of the hotel (mainly focused in kitchen operations) • Provide training to the relevant employees on health and food safety knowledge. • Liaise with outside contractors and related parties on matters of health & safety and food safety • Conduct food investigations, monitor and interpret microbiological results from food sampling of all hotel kitchens and advise accordingly Job Requirement: • Bachelor degree certification in Food Safety & Hygiene or related disciplines • Minimum of 3 years working experiences related to food safety and hygiene in hotel and restaurant environment • Proficient in Chinese and English and proficient in Microsoft Office • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, required to work on shift
