Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines 

• Minimum of 3 - 6 years relevant experience in supply chain / procurement, preferable within hotel industries 

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 

• Diligent attention to detail and safety 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 

• Proficient in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

• Purchase / Source for assigned projects, including but not limiting to IT, Gaming, Marketing, F&B, Hotel Operations projects, with accountability for delivery of services and appropriate communication 

• Source potential and qualified vendors and confirm their interest, deliver tender document and ensure they are returned on time 

• Manage supplier performance to ensure deliverables are arrived as scheduled with no disruptions 

• Establish, review and update Purchasing Policies according to the business change of the company 

• Follow up the teams’ project schedule plan, monitor and report the progress 

• Perform other job related duties as requested
