Job Description: • Brands Recruitment • Manage Legal contract and documentation • Develop relationships with tenants and brand contact lists • Analyze consumer buying patterns and evaluate market trends • Periodically conduct market research, gather competitor and customer information in order to ensure our leadership position in the market • Assist Assistant Director and Superior to develop policies & procedures of Retail • Oversight as regards financial budgets • Oversee the operation of owned shops • Represent and reinforce the strategy through maintaining the highest of standards in merchandising and customer service • Assist Assistant Director and superior to identify, plan and implement business development opportunities • Ensure all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures Job Requirement: • Bachelor Degree or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience • Experience in Retail Management and multi stores management will be an advantage • With extensive contacts and connection with retail and food & beverage brands • Good knowledge in budgeting & planning • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office • Positive attitude • Excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin • Professional appearance • Excellent interpersonal skills; Team spirit • Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and work with deadlines • Strong customer service orientation • Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers • Sensitive to stakeholders’ needs and interests and be able to manage these effectively • Diligent attention to detail Interested parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@@sjmresorts.com • Hotline 89820288 / 68827117
