Job Description: The Human Resources Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources and Administration department by managing various HR functions and ensuring effective HR practices across the hotel. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. Responsibilities: - Support the recruitment process, such as job postings, screening applications, arranging interviews and conducting reference checks - Maintain employee database records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information - Support the performance appraisal process and assist in conducting evaluations - Oversee employee leave requests and maintain attendance records - Provide clerical support to a wide range of HR services and related work - Assist in meetings, activities, events and organize training workshops - Perform other HR-related tasks as required Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field - Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Macau - Well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently - Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English - Macau ID holder only If you are a dedicated professional looking to make an impact in the hospitality industry, please email your resume with photo and salary expectations to: enquiry00853@gmail.com.
