Job Description: • Manages Resort Services operations from smooth execution of guest reservations, arrivals, in-house services, up to departure • Ensuring good coverage and strong presence for guest at the gaming frontline and back of house supports team • Reduces guest distractions through smooth coordination of VIP / Executive Host with other departments • Maintaining healthy and professional services relationship with VIP Services team, and well coordination with marketing staff as to create thorough communication line, and ensuring proper communication channel to Casino Marketing division • submit regular daily activity reports to senior management • Guiding and working well with VIP Services Coordinators and Supervisor, providing assistance and guidance when required along with Executives Job Requirement: • College graduates and above are preferred. • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English • Minimum of 3 years of experience in casino • Experience in Casino Marketing / International Marketing is a strong advantage Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@sjmresorts.com • Hotline : 6882 7060 / 6528 8037
