Cybersecurity Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain network-security products.
• Monitor security alerts and device health.
• Perform policy changes, rule reviews, signature updates, firmware upgrades, backup, troubleshooting and vulnerability remediation.
• Support security incidents and coordinate with SOC, network, system and vendor teams.
• Maintain security documentation and change records.

Required:
• Degree or diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Security+, CEH, CISP, CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• A relevant vendor specific network security or security product certification from Huawei, H3C, Sangfor, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point or an equivalent vendor is preferred.
