Storage & IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and storage products. Monitor storage capacity, performance and availability.
• Perform storage provisioning, RAID management, SAN/NAS administration, backup verification, firmware upgrades and hardware replacement.
• Plan and execute storage migration, replication, data transfer and recovery activities.
• Coordinate with server, virtualization, database and backup teams.

Required:
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
• A relevant vendor certification in enterprise storage, virtualization, backup or disaster recovery from Huawei, Lenovo, Dell Technologies, NetApp, HPE, IBM, VMware, Veeam, Commvault or an equivalent vendor is preferred.
