Network Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Maintain data communication and network products.
• Perform monitoring, routine inspection, configuration, troubleshooting, hardware replacement, software or firmware upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Support network incidents and assist the senior network engineer with complex fault resolution and network changes.
• Coordinate equipment repair, replacement and return-material-authorisation activities with vendors.
• Support network incidents and escalate complex faults to the Senior Network Operations Support Engineer.

Required:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• HCNP, CCNP, H3CNP or equivalent certification preferred.
