IT Manager - Infrastructure

Job Duties:

Handle project provisioning & project restoration on different system, network and security solution;
Provide system, network and security problems solving and troubleshooting;
Plan, design, configuration and implement on system, network and infrastructure;
Provide technical support and advice to our customers;
Explore and sharing on new era of security solutions
Server/virtualization/storage/Cloud implementation/maintenance/migration;
Communicate with clients for requirements;
Lead, manage, supervise and motivate subordinates; and
Liaise with vendors to provide technical support

Job Requirements:

Degree in IT or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years technical experience and solid skillset in System, Network and Security solutions;
Certified of Security and Networking Solutions;
Solid experience on Ruckus, Fortigate, Fortinet, network/SAN switch, Dell EMC VxRail, Dell SCv3020 Storage, FireEye, Symantec Blue Coat, ForeScout, Symantec End Point, CyberArk, and DLP is preferable;
Has good knowledge in MS Windows, VMware, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Oracle DB 12, Rubrik, Citrix ADC, ADFS Proxy Server, TCP/IP Networking and Routing, and LAN / WAN architecture;
Good interpersonal skills to interact with team members & clients; and
Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
