Technical Manger (System)

Job Responsibilities:

To lead our System Team to provide high-quality pre-sales and post-sales service to our customers;
To provide IT technical direction and technical expertise for the solution design, development, integration, migration, and upgrade for customers;
To handle tender bidding process, and co-work with other teammates and sales to deliver tender proposal;
Regular customer visits for new product updates and initiate business opportunities with proposals to solve their paint points proactively;
To make quick decisions to solve technical problems, project implementation and maintenance support issues;
To coordinate technical trainings to subordinates when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members;
To manage task allocation, project scheduling and resource management of the team;
To provide an efficient working atmosphere to teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time; effectively lead the System Team and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence;

Requirements:

Macau ID holder
Bachelor degree at IT or related disciplines or above;
Solid supervisory work experience in technical team with sound knowledge on multiple project managements & methodologies;
Good command of both English and Cantonese;
Sound analytical and presentation skills with detail oriented, high level of business requirements gathering & documentation skills;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills with a passion of excellence;
sound multi-task capability to work under pressure / tight business schedules.

Our business operation hours are from Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm.
