Job Description: • Responsible for managing the performance of the limousine / valet service team to meet department and property business objectives • Coaches and manages Team Members to consistently deliver the highest service standard to our guest • Responsible for scheduling, training and any coaching or disciplinary matters in relation to company and department policies • Assumes the responsibility for the accurate completion of all shift work in accordance with Monarch standards • Resolves guest complaints and ensures guest satisfaction • Completes reports and projects as assigned by direct report • Works on ensuring that all company vehicles are maintained • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Job Requirement: • Bachelor Degree or above is preferred • Minimum of 4 years working experience in casino business and transportation related field, and 2 years working experience in a managerial role • Valid Driving License • Understands business implications of decisions, Displays orientation to profitability, Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition, Aligns work with strategic goals • Understands organization's strengths & weaknesses; Analyzes market and competition; Identifies external threats and opportunities • Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@macausjm.com • Recruitment Hotline 89820288 / 68827118
