Admin Manager 行政經理 - Garment Factory & Logistics Company

Our client is seeking for an Admin Manager for their garment factory and logistics company in Macau.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily administrative operations of the company, facilitating communication and collaboration among departments to ensure the efficient functioning of all business segments.

  • Design and optimize internal administrative management policies and process standards, driving effective implementation.

  • Assist in team management, monitoring employee performance evaluations and talent development.

  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • At least five years of management experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with trade and logistics operations, and must have a background in logistics companies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area).

 

職責:

  • 負責公司日常行政工作的統籌監督,協調各部門之間的溝通與合作,以確保各業務板塊高效運行。

  • 設計並優化內部行政管理制度和流程標準,推動其有效實施。

  • 協助團隊管理,監督員工的績效評估和人才培養。

要求:

  • 本科及以上學歷;

  • 具備五年或以上管理經驗,熟悉貿易和物流運作者優先,並需有在物流公司工作的背景;

  • 良好的中英文書面及口頭表達能力;

  • 能接受不定期出差(粵港澳地區)。
