Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned IT Solutions & Development Manager to lead our development team and act as a strategic technical advisor to senior leadership. This role combines hands-on technical oversight with solution-oriented thinking, ensuring our digital platforms align with business goals and executive expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of developers across web, mobile, and backend systems. * Architect and deliver scalable IT solutions that address business needs and support strategic initiatives. * Collaborate directly with the Director and CEO to propose, evaluate, and implement technology strategies. * Oversee project planning, sprint execution, code reviews, and delivery timelines. * Ensure system performance, security, and maintainability across all deployed solutions. * Coordinate with external vendors and partners for system integration and technical alignment. * Provide technical documentation, solution proposals, and executive-level presentations. * Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance business operations. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. * Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Strong knowledge of full-stack development, system architecture, and cloud platforms. * Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. * Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
