Key Responsibilities:
Design & Architecture
- Conduct MongoDB workload analysis and schema design reviews
- Develop and implement MongoDB Change Stream Frameworks for real-time data processing
- Collaborate on scalable architecture for high-throughput applications across marketing and gaming platforms

Validation & Best Practices
- Review application source code for MongoDB integration quality
- Promote and enable development best practices across teams
- Ensure alignment with performance, security, and maintainability standards

Production Readiness
- Perform system health checks prior to rollout
- Propose and implement performance tuning strategies for MongoDB workloads
- Support deployment planning and readiness assessments

Project Governance
- Contribute to project planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes

Domain Focus Areas
- Marketing Applications: eWallet, Notification Engine, Campaign Engine, Operations Service App, Rewards App
- Gaming Integrations: Chip detail integration and related systems

Required Qualifications:
Proven expertise in:
- MongoDB shard key design and data modeling strategies
- MongoDB change streams and real-time data processing
- Aggregation pipeline optimization and performance tuning
- Transaction management with ACID principles
- Cross-platform mobile app development (Uni-App, Native Java)
- Experience developing and deploying apps on Android and iOS, with full lifecycle ownership
- Familiarity with integrations in marketing systems and booking platforms
- Skilled in API integration, app performance analysis, crash analytics, and release management
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and Git-based version control
- MongoDB Professional Certification is required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
