Head Chef 主廚

 職位描述

  • 擬定食物製作標準工作流程及菜色品質的控制。
  • 參與餐飲部會議或其他相關討論事宜。
  • 負責廚房的衛生與安全工作事宜。
  • 督導檢查有關食品進貨、貯存及存量等問題。
  • 負責菜單的製作與菜餚的創新。
  • 針對顧客意見調查表，對菜色所反應的問題，加以檢討與改進，儘量滿足客人的口味。


職位需求
  • 高中畢業程度
  • 持澳門特區永久居民身份証
  • 28歲以上
  • 需具10年或以上廚房經驗
  • 身體健康，體能良好
  • 具良好中文書寫及聽說能力
