Job Description: • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations counters • Attend to all employees inquiries and requests through the ER Counter are handled professionally and satisfactory • Maintain and update accurate ER counter service / incident reports • Assist in various employee activities and events • Assist in posting notices, memos etc. to the internal communication channels • Help maintaining and providing a safe, comfortable, and hygienic environment for the employees to work or rest • Provide administration and communication support to HR team & superiors • Perform and completes other tasks as assigned in a timely manner Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management or related discipline • Any certification related in HR preferred • Relevant working experience preferred • Proficiency in MS Office • Good interpersonal and communication skill • Detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibilities • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English • Need to work onshift Interested parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@sjmresorts.com • Hotline 82978035
