Our client, a leading IT solutions provider in Macau, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
Propel business growth by uncovering, developing, and securing new opportunities within the IT service industry.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering enduring partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams to create and implement customized IT solutions tailored to client requirements.
Draft and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations to prospective clients.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support informed strategic decisions.
Undertake various ad-hoc tasks, including preparing reports, handling administrative duties, and recording meeting minutes.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher, with a preference for candidates with an IT-related background.
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in IT services or related fields.
Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with a solid command of English.
Experience in sales support is advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

具備銷售支持經驗者優先。
優秀的溝通、談判和演示技巧。
自我驅動,以結果為導向,並能獨立工作。
