Job Description: The Communications Manager plays an essential role in leading our Communications Department and will report directly to the General Manager. This position is crucial for promoting our diverse venues, which include exhibition halls, conference rooms, an auditorium, a dancing room, art galleries, and multi-purpose rooms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in communications, marketing and event promotion. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our venues for events, conferences and gatherings - Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination, assist other departments during low peak seasons or when venues are not reserved by guests - Create engaging content for promotional materials, social media, and the hotel website to highlight venue offerings and events - Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all communications align with the hotel’s brand and values - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for venue utilization and enhancement - Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups to promote venue bookings - Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and promotional efforts using key metrics like ROI, and report findings to management - Manage the communications budget by allocating funds effectively, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective strategies - Perform other tasks as required Requirements: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a communications or marketing role, with 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field - A proactive approach to problem-solving with a commitment to excellence - Proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms, graphic design software and content management system - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Creative thinker with strong organizational, diplomatic communication and project management skills - Knowledge of hospitality operations and industry trends is an advantage - Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English - Macau ID holder only If you are a dedicated professional looking to make an impact in the hospitality industry, please email your resume with photo and salary expectations to: enquiry00853@gmail.com.
