Job Descriptions • Ensure the company's compliance with HKEX listing rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, Companies Ordinance, and other relevant laws and regulations. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that covers all aspects of the organization's operations, including anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), data protection, and regulatory requirements. • Ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Ordinance, and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with business operations, including market risks, credit risks, liquidity risks, operational risks, and reputational risks. • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures that are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Conduct regular monitoring and auditing of business activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Job Specifications • In-depth knowledge of HKEX listing rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, Companies Ordinance, and other relevant laws and regulations • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., securities laws, anti-bribery laws, anti-money laundering) • Experience in communicating with independent regulatory bodies • Proficient in MS Office with high proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use graphs, formulas, pivot tables and integrated data reports • Degree holder in a relevant area, such as Law, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or related field in a large publicly listed company • 5 years or above of concrete working experience in a managerial role • Related experience in hotel or gaming is preferred For interested parties, please either apply here or send us your CV together with other relevant documents at the following email address: recruit@fishermanswharf.com.mo
