工作時間：面議

職位要求：

  • 歡迎在讀大學生或家庭主婦，大專程度或以上學歷，具酒店或旅遊相關專業更佳
  • 具備酒店業相關工作經驗優先
  • 流利粵語、普通話及良好英語溝通能力
  • 熟悉中文輸入法及酒店營運軟件應用
  • 細心､工作嚴謹細緻，具備良好的客戶服務精神，能在壓力下工作
  • 能獨立工作，熟悉電腦操作，亦具團隊合作精神

工作內容：

  • 提供專業的前台接待服務，熱情有禮地對待客人
  • 協助前台辦理入住登記及退房手續，客人寄存行李等
  • 接聽電話，有禮地回覆並了解客人的需求，為客人提供準確的資訊
  • 準確處理各類付款交易，包括現金、信用卡、預授權等
