工作時間：面議
 
職位要求：

  • 歡迎在讀大學生或家庭主婦，大專程度或以上學歷，具酒店或旅遊相關專業更佳
  • 具備酒店業相關工作經驗優先
  • 流利粵語、普通話及良好英語溝通能力
  • 熟悉中文輸入法及酒店營運軟件應用
  • 細心､工作嚴謹細緻，具備良好的客戶服務精神，能在壓力下工作
  • 能獨立工作，熟悉電腦操作，亦具團隊合作精神

工作內容：

  • 處理客人的房間預訂、更改及查詢，並確保所有細節無誤及電話解答客人查詢
  • 跟進各平台酒店房及旅行社銷售訂單
  • 負責準備訂房確認書和有關報表
