Senior Network Operation Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site operation and maintenance of large-scale data centre and enterprise networks.
• Monitor network availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot incidents involving switches, routers, WAN, LAN and network links.
• Perform configuration changes, upgrades, preventive maintenance and fault escalation.
• Coordinate with vendors and prepare technical documentation and incident reports.
• Lead complex network incident investigation, major network changes, technical escalation and root cause analysis.

Required:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or a related discipline.
• Holder of HCNP/H3CNP/CCNP or equivalent certification;
• HCIE/H3CIE/CCIE or higher certification is advantageous.
• Able to provide on-site and after-hours support where required.
