System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary architect for a customized D365 CRM solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Elicit, assess, and prioritize business requirements, filtering ambiguities and transforming them into actionable technical specifications.
• Design scalable and sustainable solutions that adhere to D365 best practices while accommodating unique business needs.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and BA teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Provide thought leadership in system architecture, recommending improvements and innovations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM modules), including:
Customization & Configuration (entities, forms, views, business rules).
Integration (Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, third-party systems).
Development (JavaScript, .NET, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Extensive expertise in Dynamics 365, including both functional (product) knowledge and technical (development/customization) capabilities. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-600: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, MB-500, PL-200) are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
• Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
• Strong background in CRM domains, such as: Retail industry or loyalty marketing experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken); Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
