Store Manager

Our client, a luxury watch brand, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee its entire retail operations.

Salary: MOP 45,000-55,000 (Negotiable)
RDO: 8 days

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously coach sales teams on exceptional service, selling skills, and attitudes to provide a shopping experience that exceeds client expectations.

  • Lead by example, spending significant time on the sales floor to achieve boutique sales targets and profitability.

  • Mentor the team in delivering a unique and memorable shopping experience through customer focus, storytelling, and extraordinary service.

  • Effectively manage store inventory through regular checks and adherence to KPIs.

  • Ensure compliance with display and grooming guidelines, maintaining impeccable conditions within the boutique.

  • Address client concerns, disputes, and complaints to ensure satisfaction and restore confidence.

  • Ensure repairs are handled promptly, keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in luxury retail sales and management, preferably in high-end watch sales.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Creative thinker who consistently seeks innovative ways to drive business growth and solve problems.

  • Passionate about the luxury watch industry.

  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
