Responsibilities
Office Administration: Support daily office operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating logistics, etc.
Support Management: Assist the business owner with both company-related and private arrangements, ensuring seamless organization and execution.
HR Operations: Assist in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including training programs and team-building activities.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experiences in HR and administration fields.
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
