Office Admin and HR Officer

Job Summary

Our client is a prominent IT solutions company that specializes in delivering innovative technology services to businesses. They are currently seeking an Office Admin and HR Officer to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Support daily office operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating logistics, etc.

  • Support Management: Assist the business owner with both company-related and private arrangements, ensuring seamless organization and execution.

  • HR Operations: Assist in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including training programs and team-building activities.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1 to 2 years of experiences in HR and administration fields.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

  • Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
