Our client is a Global Leader in Insurance industry. They are now finding an Associate Business Manager - Bancassurance to join them.
Responsibilities:
Support bank sales staff in achieving sales targets through coaching, performance monitoring, and motivation.
Foster strong relationships with bank sales personnel.
Assist with operations and application processing, and respond to inquiries from bank sales staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of insurance sales experience, preferably in bancassurance or within banks, with a solid understanding of insurance product sales.
Must be independent, self-motivated, and focused on results and customer service.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidates with additional experience may be considered for the role of Business Manager.
