Our client, a global leader in water solutions, is seeking a Field Service Engineer for a contract-based position in Macau.

Responsibilities:
Provide after-sales technical expertise to support the service team.
Troubleshoot pumps and pumping systems, offering practical solutions and assistance to customers and business partners.
Deliver technical support to service partners to ensure efficient on-site service execution.
Prepare clear and timely service reports.
Process warranty claims and document warranty cases in FAS; register identified product quality issues in QIP.
Record service hours in the company system promptly, reflecting actual service performed.
Assist in project execution, including installation support, commissioning, and training.
Act as a trusted service advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction in your assigned area.
Gather installed base information, identify business leads, and pass them to the service sales team.
Complete other assignments as requested by the line manager.
Report any issues related to Safety, Health, and Environment.
Visit customers and partners as needed, collaborating with sales and other stakeholders to support local business growth.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
3+ years of experience in pump service technical support, with strong field service skills.
Proficient in English and Cantonese.
Familiarity with air conditioning systems or water supply and wastewater systems is a plus.
Experience in electronic control or digital services is advantageous.
Strong customer-centric mindset, accountability, and collaboration skills.
Quick learner with a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent execution skills, capable of visualizing progress and reporting to stakeholders regularly.
Good analytical skills, with clear and logical presentation abilities.
Positive attitude with strong communication and coordination skills.
