Our client, a luxury watch brand, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee its entire retail operations.
Salary: MOP 45,000-55,000 (Negotiable) RDO: 8 days
Responsibilities:
Continuously coach sales teams on exceptional service, selling skills, and attitudes to provide a shopping experience that exceeds client expectations.
Lead by example, spending significant time on the sales floor to achieve boutique sales targets and profitability.
Mentor the team in delivering a unique and memorable shopping experience through customer focus, storytelling, and extraordinary service.
Effectively manage store inventory through regular checks and adherence to KPIs.
Ensure compliance with display and grooming guidelines, maintaining impeccable conditions within the boutique.
Address client concerns, disputes, and complaints to ensure satisfaction and restore confidence.
Ensure repairs are handled promptly, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in luxury retail sales and management, preferably in high-end watch sales.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Creative thinker who consistently seeks innovative ways to drive business growth and solve problems.
Passionate about the luxury watch industry.
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
