Our client is seeking for a Logistics Operations Manager for their business expansion in Macau.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the company, facilitating communication and collaboration among departments to ensure the efficient functioning of all business segments.
• Design and optimize internal administrative management policies and process standards, driving effective implementation.
• Assist in team management, monitoring employee performance evaluations and talent development.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least five years of management experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with trade and logistics operations, and must have a background in logistics companies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area).

• 負責公司日常物流工作的統籌監督，協調各部門之間的溝通與合作，以確保各業務板塊高效運行；
• 設計並優化內部行政管理制度和流程標準，推動其有效實施；
• 協助團隊管理，監督員工的績效評估和人才培養；
• 完成上級指派的其他工作。

• 本科及以上學歷；
• 具備五年或以上管理經驗，熟悉貿易和物流運作者優先，並需有在物流公司工作的背景；
• 良好的中英文書面及口頭表達能力；
• 能接受不定期出差（粵港澳地區）。
