Job Description:

• Operate, maintain and support enterprise network, firewall, wireless, load balancing, Network Access Control (NAC), monitoring and related security platforms
• Provide technical support for IT projects, application enhancements, infrastructure changes and property renovation requirements
• Monitor network availability, performance, capacity and security alerts, and escalate issues in accordance with operational procedures
• Perform incident handling, troubleshooting, configuration backup, restore support, change implementation and operational documentation
• Manage access control, privilege review and security administration for assigned network and security services
• Support audit, compliance, vendor coordination and maintenance activities in accordance with IT policies and procedures
• Recommend improvements to monitoring, automation, service reliability, security controls and operational processes
• Perform all duties in accordance with approved IT policies, change management practices, information security standards and company values


Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering or a related discipline
• Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, ITIL, CISSP or equivalent are preferred
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in network, security, infrastructure or IT operations, preferably in a large enterprise, hospitality, gaming or casino resort environment
• Hands-on experience in enterprise network operations, firewall/security operations, wireless, remote access, monitoring, data center network support or cloud security services
• Experience in network monitoring, diagnostic tools, Data Center operation and system environment security is preferred
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, firewall concepts and common Microsoft or Linux platform services is preferred
• Knowledge of security, compliance requirements, cloud services and enterprise infrastructure operations is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively with business users, vendors and cross-functional IT teams
• Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Process-minded, detail-oriented and aware of change control, compliance, security and operational risk
• Able to prioritize urgent operational matters and maintain service continuity under pressure
• Willing to support standby duty, maintenance windows and urgent incident response when required
