Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the IT end-to-end project delivery;
• Handle the logistics management with vendors;
• Define project activities, deliverables & resource requirements of a project;
• Lead the project team to deliver IT services; oversee the project implementation & communicate with clients & external vendors to resolve conflicts proactively;
• Identify issues, risks, manage problems & suggest alternatives;
• Ensure user requirements are fulfilled and services are performed with professionalism & compliance to quality standards;
• Prepare progress update, status report & project closure report.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines or above;
• minimum 3 years of project management role in IT projects;
• Proven and solid experience in managing projects with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects;
• Well organized and have strong communication & interpersonal skills;
• Holder of PMP, PRICE2 and good knowledge in ITIL processes is preferred;
• Responsible, self-motivated, flexible, aggressive, independent, attentive to details with multi-task capability to work under pressure and tight business schedules;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
