Job Responsibilities:
 Be responsible for daily sales operation KPI monitoring, sales forecast management,（sales order and sales revenue）and continuous improvement on sales operation management and risk monitor
 Sales operation management: Be responsible for sales forecasting, project management and customer relationship management to manage sales behavior to help sales team reach the sales target.
 Risk management：Identify operational risks, escalate critical issues, and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve challenges impacting sales goals.
 Support the internal operation: report to the sales head and support the sales strategy can be executed well, analyze performance gaps, and deliver actionable reports with insights on risks and opportunities.

Job Requirements:
 Bachelor degree or above.
 3+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles; ICT industry background preferred.
 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 Adaptable learner with ability to thrive under pressure.
