Job responsibility 1) Primary owner of maintenance project management, responsible for pre-sales supporting and post-sales delivery, develop pre-sales maintenance solutions, calculate costs, identify risks, and mitigate risks, and take the lead in developing annual project maintenance plans, including but not limited to resource plans, personnel deployment, proactive maintenance, and incident recovery. Be responsible for the achievement of business objectives. 2) Primary owner of maintenance project finance management, work with the pre-sales team for incremental revenue increase, optimize the delivery cost, and improve the project sales gross profit. 3) Primary owner of Network Security management in the account department, responsible for network security management regulations execution, ensuring compliant delivery, and achieving network security objectives. 4) Primary owner of spare parts delivery and internal control, responsible for the timely delivery of spare parts, overdue spare part borrow, and internal control management. The owner is responsible for the delivery quality and cost of spare parts involved in the project. 5) The incident recovery commander, responsible for customer coordination and organization during the incident recovery process and customer care after the incident recovery. 6) Primary owner of maintenance customer satisfaction management, responsible for maintenance customer satisfaction management, regularly communicate with key customers (such as O&M directors and CXOs), present service value, and improve service brand. Job requirements 1. University degree or above; 2. Majors in electronic engineering, electrical, computer, etc. are preferred. 3. Experience in network security management, O&M management, and maintenance in the telecom field is preferred. 4. Have quality operation experience in other domains. 5. Be familiar with the network architecture and product knowledge in the telecom field, and have a certain understanding of standard protocols, such as BGP, VRRP, MPLS, SIP, BICC, GTP. 6. Familiar with network security management, project management, maintenance service management, and finance management. Experience in maintenance technology and maintenance project management is preferred. 7. At least two years work experience in the telecom field or quality management. Delivery and maintenance experience is preferred. 8. Have certain industry business management experience and be able to manage business planning, execution, and improvement in an end-to-end manner. 9. Have customer relationship management capabilities, and have successful customer management practices and experience. 10. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing mandarin, and good language organization and expression skills; 11. Excellent English reading and writing skills; 12. Professional certificates or titles in the field of cyber security management and quality management are preferred. 13. Clear logic, strong expressive ability, and good writing background; 14.
