Job responsibility: Be responsible for network assurance for IT/HCS products in the account department of the representative office, cooperate with the maintenance project manager and technical owner to implement maintenance policies, control network operation risks and technical issues, and ensure stable network operation. 1. Handle major technical risks and issues of IT/HCS products, organize technical resources to jointly tackle key issues and develop solutions, ensure solution execution quality, and restore live-network services in a timely manner. 2. Implement IT/HCS product maintenance policies, including but not limited to incorporation of non-standard versions, insight into customers, network switchover tests, elimination of potential network risks, and emergency plans and drills, to ensure stable network operation. 3. Manage major IT/HCS product operations, organize key actions such as technical solution review and change assurance, and ensure the quality of change services. 4. Identify common product risks or maintainability pain points that customers are concerned about, effectively communicate with TAC and R&D personnel, and drive issue resolution to improve service satisfaction. Job requirements: 1) University degree or above. 2) Major in electronic information, communication engineering, electrical automation, computer, etc. is preferred 3) Have the basic knowledge and principles of IT products (HCS, storage, and computing products); have a good command of routine O&M and troubleshooting of HCS, storage, and servers. 4) Have a good command of solution design for one or more professional services (such as disaster recovery, security, and service cloudification) based on IT basics and principles. Have a good command of end-to-end delivery capabilities for one or more professional services (such as disaster recovery, migration, and security). 5) Have a good command of the basic methods for locating faults in data communication network products. Be able to rectify faults under the guidance of the TAC or R&D engineers. 6) Be familiar with the basic service knowledge in the telecom field and understand the network maintenance process. 7) At least two years work experience in the telecom field or quality management. Delivery and maintenance experience is preferred. 8) Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and learning ability. 9) Clear, logical, articulate, and good at communicating with customers. 10) Proficient in Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing, certain English reading and writing skills, and good language organization and expression skills. 11) Fluent communication in Cantonese is preferred.
