Job Description

This is a 2-Year Renewable Contract Position (Service Provider: Manpower). We are looking for a team player with excellent project management skill to act as a contact point and communicate with different stakeholders via different projects. This person will be working in carrier business group.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for variety of telecom engineering projects such as wireless, core networks, networks as well as innovative projects such as IT, Internet, digital operation platforms etc;
• Determine the structure of the project team and the duties of members according to quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system requirements and regularly perform assessments, evaluations, rewards and punishments.
• Be responsible for allocation and production management such as manpower, materials, machinery and equipment, capital, technology, and information for projects, and actively promote and apply new technologies to improve quality.
• In charge of the implementation of the construction project such as acquire, allocate and dispatch the resources outside and inside to lead the delivery project success with high quality;
• Be responsible for risk management able to identify, eliminate and reduce project risks beforehand;
• Be responsible for cost management able to establish and maintain cost control system.

• Bachelor degree or above in BSc or BEng. Major in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering are preferred;
• 3 years or above experiences are preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;
• Less experienced candidates can be considered as Assistant Project Engineer
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
