Engineer (CS) - Core Network – Macau Branch

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronics, computer science or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years experience in telecom industry core part, experience in senior level is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with SS7 (MAP or IS41, ISUP), TCP/IP, wireless telecommunication theory, and experience in GSM/CDMA/WCDMA /GPRS is a plus.
  • Analytical-minded, good learning capability, initiative and flexible.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strongly customer service oriented.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor wireless core network (GSM/CDMA/WCDMA) equipment.
  • Provide technical support and project management for wireless core network (GSM/CDMA/WCDMA) system.
  • Design and implement system service solution.
  • Provide on-site training for customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Focus on circuit switching core networks.
