Your Vision:

• Be the technical advisor to our customers though providing various technical support services such as on-site support and products training;
• Be the knowledge master in IP Network infrastructure projects
• Be the owner in your assigned solutions from design to implement including installation, debugging and commissioning of relevant equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in complex and high performing network infrastructure projects from plan, design, configure and implementation;
• Perform technical expertise for daily network and security administration, operations and maintenance activities;
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve network related incidents;
• Prepare and coordinate with third parties on project implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Knowledge in GPON, OLT, BNG, Layer 2/3/4 networking, IP product, Routing Protocols, BGP, MPLS, Firewall, Wi-Fi, DNS, SDN, LAN etc;
• Preferably CCNP/HCIP,CCIE/HCIE certified, or equivalent;
• Passionate about troubleshooting and getting to root cause of issues and incidents;
• Good command of English/Cantonese/Mandarin;
• Ability to work in a team and build up good relations with all projects stakeholders;
• With integrated decision-making skills, ability to prioritize and focus.
