Our client, a leading IT solutions provider in Macau, is seeking a Presales Engineer to support their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales team to understand customer requirements, business objectives, and project scope, and translate them into KPI-driven solution recommendations.

• Prepare solution proposals, scopes of work, technical write-ups, bill of materials (BOM), and presentation materials for customer opportunities, RFQs, and tenders.

• Support customer meetings, solution presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations together with Sales and vendor partners.

• Coordinate with internal project teams and external vendors to validate solution feasibility, sizing, architecture, and implementation approach prior to submission.

• Support RFI/RFQ/RFP and tender responses, ensuring technical compliance, clear solution descriptions, and complete supporting documentation.

• Assist with pricing preparation and solution positioning by aligning customer needs, technical requirements, and partner offerings.

• Stay up to date with company's solution portfolio, partner technologies, and market trends (e.g., cybersecurity, infrastructure, analytics, cloud, and enterprise platforms).

• Support project handover to implementation/delivery teams after award, ensuring the proposed scope and customer requirements are clearly documented and communicated.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in presales, sales support, systems integration, or technical solution consulting (preferred).

• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain solutions clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to produce professional proposals and documentation with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales, technical teams, and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.

• 得標後支援專案交接至實施/交付團隊，確保所提議範圍與客戶需求能被清楚傳達。

要求:

• 資訊科技（IT）、資管/電腦科學、工程、商業資訊系統或相關領域之學士學位。

• 流利中英文

• 2-5 年相關經驗為佳：包含售前（Presales）、銷售支援、系統整合或技術解決方案顧問經驗。

• 良好的溝通與簡報能力，能清楚向業務與技術相關人士說明解決方案。

• 能製作專業提案、文件與簡報資料，並具備良好細節掌控。

• 強協調能力，能在快節奏環境中與銷售團隊、技術團隊及外部供應商有效合作。
