Store Manager - Luxury British Fashion Brand

Salary: MOP 50,000

Monthly Rest Days: 8 days

Job Description

  • Formulate store business & retail marketing plans, launch local community activities to boost foot traffic and expand local customer base, focus on local market cultivation.

  • Keep track of Macau luxury market trends, competitor strategies and local business landscape.

  • Submit regular feedback to Retail Director regarding product assortment, buying trends and customer demands.

  • Deliver top-tier standardised luxury customer service and brand exclusive sales experience.

  • Motivate, train and reward sales team to achieve sales & productivity KPIs; lead sales on the floor as role model.

  • Oversee full clienteling management within the boutique.

  • Master brand latest updates, product knowledge and brand heritage; ensure all team members fully grasp brand product information.

  • Deliver systematic training covering sales skills, customer service, company policies & product expertise.

  • Manage full recruitment, performance review and talent development, build internal succession plan.

  • Implement all HR policies and properly resolve daily staff issues.

  • Submit monthly quantitative & qualitative business reports to Retail Director.

  • Design manpower schedule matching store traffic to ensure adequate service coverage.

  • Take full ownership of store P&L, strictly control controllable expenses, hit sales targets and maximise operating profit.

  • Achieve all assigned KPIs.

  • Maintain unified global brand standards across in-store VM, customer service, stock management and back-office admin.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years retail operation experience, including 6 years formal team leadership experience; luxury high fashion background preferred.

  • In-depth understanding of luxury retail, proven track record of lifting store sales and profitability.

  • Proactive, highly organised, self-motivated and energetic.

  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.

  • Excellent communication & coaching skills, capable of collaborating closely with regional teams.

  • Fluent Cantonese & Mandarin, proficient professional English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
