Our client is a leading service provider to casino operators and hotels in Macau. They are currently expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within casino resorts, luxury hotels, and the F&B sector in Macau.
Manage key accounts and achieve annual sales targets through strategic customer planning and execution.
Deliver professional service overviews and solution presentations to client management teams, focusing on operational value and efficiency.
Tailor service messaging to different stakeholders to effectively position the company's offerings.
Stay informed on industry trends and policy changes in Macau; assess their impact on the business and share insights with internal teams.
Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain strong collaboration.
Lead commercial discussions, prepare pricing proposals, and finalize service agreements that align with both client and company goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proven sales or business development experience, ideally within the Macau hospitality or gaming industry.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Highly resilient and able to deliver results under pressure in a target-driven environment.
A solid understanding of the Macau business landscape and procurement processes in large-scale resorts.

要求:
大學本科或以上學歷,主修工商管理、酒店管理或相關專業。
流利中文和英文。
具備成熟的銷售或業務開發經驗,擁有澳門酒店或博彩行業背景者優先。
具備強大的談判及利益相關者管理技巧,能夠與各個層級進行有效溝通。
具備高度韌性,能在目標導向的環境下承受壓力並達成結果。
