職責:
按照酒店標準準備及烹飪各類正宗韓國菜餚,確保出色的味道與擺盤。
對所分配的廚房區域全面負責,維持良好的組織、清潔與效率。
確保每道菜品的出品一致性與質量,嚴格遵守食品安全及衛生條例。
協助菜單開發及季節性推廣,提升韓國料理的用餐體驗。
要求:
至少 1 -2年相關韓國料理經驗。
具備酒店餐飲(F&B)工作經驗者優先考慮。
深入了解韓國食材、烹飪技術及廚房安全標準。
工作態度專業、責任心強,並具備良好的團隊協作能力。
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Korean dishes according to hotel standards, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
Take full responsibility for the assigned kitchen section, maintaining organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Ensure food consistency and quality in every dish served, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in menu development and seasonal promotions to enhance the Korean dining experience.
Requirements
1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Korean cuisine.
Prior experience in Hotel Food & Beverage (F&B) is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of Korean ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards.
A professional attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
