Monthly Salary: MOP 30,000 | 8 days monthly rest
Key Responsibilities
Manage Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok official accounts; create trend-driven photos & short videos in-house
Lead full-cycle top influencer & celebrity collaborations (focus on XHS); leverage existing media contacts to liaise with PR agencies, fashion press & local media
Plan & launch integrated marketing campaigns, control budgets, drive retail store foot traffic & local in-store sales
Organize local offline brand events to boost customer loyalty & word-of-mouth
Manage offline marketing materials & in-store visual merchandising to align brand aesthetic
Requirements
Bachelor's in Marketing / Comm / Business preferred; company covers relevant training fees
Proven full-spectrum marketing background; hands-on retail marketing experience mandatory. Macau fashion retail experience a plus
Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin & English for copywriting & external communication
Expert Xiaohongshu operator with proven influencer campaign track record; familiar with IG & TikTok
Able to apply AI marketing tools & Google Workspace
Self-sufficient in commercial shooting & video editing
Agree to 1-month headquarters training in Shenzhen
