Our client, a prominent bank in Macau, is seeking a Head of FX & Commodities to lead their business expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the FX, Commodities margin trading, and Banknotes Exchange operations in Macau, ensuring revenue growth and alignment with the bank's strategic objectives while optimizing collaboration with the Hong Kong and Guangzhou offices.

• Formulate and implement effective business strategies to enhance revenue streams from FX, Commodities, and Banknotes in both Macau and Hong Kong, ensuring adherence to local regulations.

• Oversee sales and trading activities for FX, Commodities, and Banknotes, managing risk exposure in line with established risk management protocols.

• Explore opportunities for developing new investment products in FX and Commodities sectors.

• Supervise the operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness of Banknotes Exchange shops.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to broaden the client base and deepen existing customer relationships.

• Uphold high standards of service and responsiveness.

• Deliver market insights, trade ideas, and risk management solutions to both marketing teams and clients.

• Collaborate effectively with teams in Guangzhou, Macau, and Hong Kong to drive cross-border initiatives and enhance client service delivery.

• Establish and review standard operating procedures for sales and trading activities to ensure compliance with the bank's risk management culture.

• Conduct thorough market surveillance on FX and Commodities sales activities related to high-net-worth (HNW) and retail customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in FX & Commodities sales and trading or similar roles.

• Fluently in Cantonese and Mandarin; proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Deep understanding of FX & Commodities markets, products, and regulations, particularly within the Macau market.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations derived from financial data and reports to senior management effectively.

• Well-connected with a robust network of stakeholders in the Macau market.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

要求：

• 金融、商業管理或相關領域的學士學位或以上。

• 10年或以上在外匯與商品銷售和交易或類似職位方面經驗。

• 流利粵語和國語，英語能力者優先。

• 深入了解外匯與商品市場、產品和法規，特別是在澳門市場的熟悉程度。

• 強大的分析能力，能夠有��地向高層管理層呈現從財務數據和報告中得出的洞察和建議。

• 良好的人脈關係，在澳門市場擁有豐富網絡。

• 精通Microsoft Office套件。
