Job Description
Analyze daily sales performance, identify variances from targets, and implement solutions to achieve business goals.
Monitor market trends and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic decisions - Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to launch campaigns and share feedback on product performance.
Work closely with Area Managers to ensure that operational policies are consistently executed across all stores.
Continually enhance customer service standards and support the implementation of customer service initiatives.
Conduct routine store audits to ensure compliance with company operational standards.
Identify and evaluate potential new store locations, providing financial forecasts to support network expansion.
Oversee the Macau district office and coordinate with the support center for smooth store operations - Lead, mentor, and develop team members, building a strong talent pipeline for future growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Proven experience in retail operations management.
Strong analytical skills, with a track record in sales data analysis and strategy formulation.
Solid experience in cost control and driving profitability - In-depth knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
Demonstrated leadership ability and team management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
