Our client is an IT Solution Company in Macau. They are now seeking an Offshore Development Center (ODC) Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, hire, and manage the Offshore Development Center teams to ensure efficient project execution.

• Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors to guarantee resource availability and proper allocation.

• Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders with a focus on technical feasibility.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and foster collaboration.

• Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and address any arising issues.

• Create and maintain thorough project documentation for the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Preferred certifications in HR management.

• At least 2 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in overseeing development teams.

• Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing projects within the IT sector.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Must hold a Macau ID.
