Job Description:
• Ensuring smooth and consistent salon operations on a day-to-day basis, supporting all required operational areas while adhering to the company’s service standard
• Lead by example in all company operations including creating a Forbes 5 Star client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment
• Provides coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance
• Maintains inventory, and assist with other Salon functions
• Supports the salon team in providing excellent services and maximizing salon profitability
• Manages day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior and customer intake procedures
• Up-to-date with hair trends (e.g. colors and styles)
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirement:
• High school graduated or above
• Preference for relevant professional qualifications/certificates in hair stylist/colorist certificate from reputable Hair Stylist School, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent or Certificate in Advanced Hairdressing/Barbering
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Able to work on shift
• Extensive knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Hairdressing industry and Salon Operations
• Ability to motivate and inspire employees
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Diligent attention to detail
• Understand the market and competitors, and be good at market strategic planning
