Hotel Assistant Restaurant Manager - 酒店餐廳副經理

Our client is a well-known hotel in Macau. Due to business expansion, they are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Report to hotel F&B Director

  • Manage the overall operations of assigned departments within the F&B department.

  • Maximize profits while maintaining the quality of operations and service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations or a similar role, experience in hotel F&B is preferred.

  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of cost control, marketing, promotions, hygiene management, and menu development.

  • Diligent attention to detail and safety.

  • 向酒店餐飲總監匯報工作

  • 負責所屬餐飲部門的整體管理及運營。

  • 確保最大化利潤,保持整體運營和服務的質量,始終確保顧客滿意度。

 

要求:

  • 酒店管理或相關學科的學士學位或證書。

  • 至少3年餐廳運營經驗或類似職位經驗,有酒店餐飲部工作經驗者優先。

  • 精通廣東話、普通話和英語口語。

  • 熟練使用Microsoft Office。

  • 能夠多任務處理並在快節奏的環境中工作。

  • 熟悉成本控制、市場營銷、促銷、衛生管理和菜單開發。

  • 對細節和安全有嚴謹的注意力。
