Our client is a well-known hotel in Macau. Due to business expansion, they are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Report to hotel F&B Director
Manage the overall operations of assigned departments within the F&B department.
Maximize profits while maintaining the quality of operations and service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations or a similar role, experience in hotel F&B is preferred.
Proficient in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Skilled in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of cost control, marketing, promotions, hygiene management, and menu development.
Diligent attention to detail and safety.

要求:
酒店管理或相關學科的學士學位或證書。
至少3年餐廳運營經驗或類似職位經驗,有酒店餐飲部工作經驗者優先。
精通廣東話、普通話和英語口語。
熟練使用Microsoft Office。
能夠多任務處理並在快節奏的環境中工作。
熟悉成本控制、市場營銷、促銷、衛生管理和菜單開發。
對細節和安全有嚴謹的注意力。
