Client Description
Our client is a premier APAC sustainable energy and utility solutions group specializing in district cooling and energy infrastructure across the region. To support their operational expansion in Macau, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operation, preventive maintenance and repair of district cooling and heating systems.
• Diagnose and repair chillers, boilers, heat pumps, cooling towers, motors, pumps, valves and piping systems.
• Analyse system performance data to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs, and coordinate shutdowns, annual maintenance and equipment replacement works.
• Manage mechanical spare-parts inventory and prepare procurement requirements and technical specifications.
• Supervise contractors and technicians to ensure the quality of construction and repair works.
• Ensure compliance with Macau safety, environmental and energy-efficiency requirements, and prepare maintenance records, operating reports and technical documentation.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised university or institution.
• 5–8 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of district cooling or heating systems, chiller plants, boiler plants or large-scale HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of chillers, boilers, heat pumps, motors, pumps, piping systems and water treatment; experience in energy management and optimisation is preferred.
• Macau registered engineer status or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Good written and spoken Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage, with willingness to provide emergency on-call support.

• 負責區域供冷供熱系統的日常運行、預防性維護及維修。
• 診斷及維修冷水機組、鍋爐、熱泵、冷卻塔、電動機、水泵、閥門及管道系統。
• 分析系統性能數據，提升能源效益並降低運營成本；協調系統停機、年度維護及設備更換工程。
• 管理機械備件庫存，制定採購需求及技術規格。
• 監督承包商及技術員，確保施工及維修質量符合要求。
• 確保工作符合澳門安全、環境及能源效益法規，並準備維護記錄、運營報告及技術文件。

任職要求
• 持有認可大學或院校的機械工程、機電工程或相關學科學士學位。
• 具 5–8 年區域供冷供熱、冷水機組廠房、鍋爐廠房或大型 HVAC 系統的運行及維護經驗。
• 熟悉冷水機組、鍋爐、熱泵、電動機、水泵、管道系統及水處理；具能源管理及系統優化經驗者優先。
• 持有澳門註冊工程師或相關專業資格者優先。
• 具良好普通話及英語書寫和口語能力；懂廣東話者優先，並須接受緊急待命工作。
