Client Description
Our client is a premier APAC sustainable energy and utility solutions group specializing in district cooling and energy infrastructure across the region. To support their operational expansion in Macau, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the operation, preventive maintenance and repair of medium- and low-voltage distribution systems, transformers, MV switchgear, LV motor control centres and motors.
• Monitor and maintain DC chargers, UPS systems and electrical protection relays, and respond to electrical faults and power outages.
• Plan electrical maintenance activities with the plant operations team and supervise in-house technicians and subcontractors during routine and emergency works.
• Ensure compliance with Macau electrical safety and occupational health and safety requirements; maintain maintenance, testing and calibration records and prepare management reports.
• Manage electrical spare-parts inventory and establish appropriate stock levels.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised university or institution.
• 5–8 years of relevant electrical systems operation and maintenance experience; experience in chiller plants, district cooling or large-scale building services is preferred.
• CEM Registered Electrical Technician or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Good written and spoken Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage.
• Willingness to provide emergency on-call support and familiarity with occupational health and safety requirements.

主要職責
• 負責中、低壓配電系統、變壓器、中壓開關櫃、低壓馬達控制中心及電動機的運行、預防性維護和維修。
• 監控及維護直流充電器、UPS 系統及電氣保護繼電器，並處理電氣故障及停電事故。
• 與廠房運營團隊協調，制定及安排電氣維護計劃；監督內部電氣技術員及分包商執行日常和緊急工作。
• 確保工作符合澳門相關電氣安全、職業健康與安全法規；維持維護、測試及校準記錄並撰寫管理報告。
• 管理電氣設備備件庫存，評估需求並制定合理的庫存水平。

任職要求
• 持有認可大學或院校的電氣工程、機電工程或相關學科學士學位。
• 具 5–8 年相關電氣系統運行及維護經驗；具冷水機組廠房、區域供冷或大型樓宇服務經驗者優先。
• 持有 CEM 註冊電務技術員或同等資格者優先。
• 具良好普通話及英語書寫和口語能力；懂廣東話者優先。
• 須接受緊急待命工作，並熟悉職業健康與安全要求。
