Client Description
Our client is a premier APAC sustainable energy and utility solutions group specializing in district cooling and energy infrastructure across the region. To support their operational expansion in Macau, they are seeking an experienced I&C Engineer to join.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the plant control-system architecture, control philosophy and logic diagrams.
• Program, commission and troubleshoot Niagara, PLC, iBMS, CCMS and SCADA systems, including graphical interfaces for plant monitoring.
• Prepare and review specifications for instruments, control valves, analysers and control systems, and maintain I/O lists, instrument lists, control schematics, cable schedules and loop drawings.
• Calibrate and maintain field instruments such as RTD sensors, level transmitters, actuators, flow transmitters and differential-pressure transmitters.
• Lead control-system testing and commissioning, including Factory Acceptance Tests, and troubleshoot I/O, instrument, control-valve and system failures.
• Ensure control systems meet cybersecurity requirements and applicable protocols, including Modbus, BACnet and PROFINET.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Control and Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised university or institution.
• 5–8 years of experience in HMI, SCADA or Niagara system design, programming and commissioning; HVAC and chiller-plant experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Niagara Workbench, Phoenix Contact ILC 2050 BI, Johnson Controls Metasys, distributed control systems, P&ID interpretation and industrial networking.
• Good written and spoken Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage.
• Willingness to provide emergency on-call support and familiarity with occupational health and safety requirements.

• 建立及維護廠房控制系統架構、控制理念及控制邏輯圖。
• 編程、調試及排解 Niagara、PLC、iBMS、CCMS 和 SCADA 系統問題，並開發廠房監控圖形介面。
• 編制及審閱儀表、控制閥、分析儀器及控制系統的技術規格；維護 I/O 表、儀表清單、控制原理圖、電纜表及迴路圖。
• 執行 RTD 感測器、液位變送器、執行器、流量及壓差變送器等現場儀表的校準及維護。
• 主導控制系統測試及試運行，包括工廠驗收測試（FAT），並處理 I/O、儀表、控制閥及系統故障。
• 確保控制系統符合網絡安全要求及 Modbus、BACnet、PROFINET 等行業通訊協議。

任職要求
• 持有認可大學或院校的電氣及電子工程、控制與儀表工程或相關學科學士學位。
• 具 5–8 年 HMI、SCADA 或 Niagara 系統設計、編程及試運行經驗；具 HVAC 及冷水機組經驗者優先。
• 熟悉 Niagara Workbench、Phoenix Contact ILC 2050 BI、Johnson Controls Metasys、分散式控制系統、P&ID 及工業網絡。
• 具良好普通話及英語書寫和口語能力；懂廣東話者優先。
• 須接受緊急待命工作，並熟悉職業健康與安全要求。
